The past few weeks has been a very difficult and challenging time for the whole country. With news of schools gradually reopening and stores being allowed to open their doors once again we are seeing the green shoots of life returning to normal.
The health and safety of our staff and customers is at the forefront of our planning for the weeks and months ahead, especially as we approach the busy back-to-school period. To avoid crowding in our store during the last weeks of the summer holidays, we would like to encourage our customers to purchase their uniform on our website wherever possible. We have tips and tools to help ensure that you can measure your children accurately and purchase the best size to allow room for growth. We are also on hand to answer any queries that you might have, whether they relate to the sizing or fit of a product, a school’s requirements or any other enquiry, via the Contact Us page.
We anticipate that, all being well, the store will reopen on 15th June 2020. There will be strict social distancing measures in place which may include restricted numbers of shoppers in store and wait times. Therefore, if you do wish to visit us in store, please ensure that you don’t leave your purchase to the last weeks of the summer holidays when we are likely to be very busy, but come in as early as possible. We will be happy to exchange any products that don’t fit as expected before back-to-school (see Returns for more information).
